    • We deliver within Colombo city areas during designated hours.

  7. Freshness Guarantee and Returns
    • We guarantee the freshness of our fish upon delivery. If you experience quality issues, you must notify immediately to the delivery personnel or us within one hour of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
    • Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion for verified claims.
    • Returns due to personal preference (e.g., “changed my mind”) are not accepted.
  8. Cancellation and Refunds
    • Orders may be cancelled before the cut-off time specified at checkout.
    • Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 3 business days.
